Tequity Inc. is pleased to announce another successful transaction in the Supply Chain Software sector with the acquisition of their client, Munics Information Systems Inc., based in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, by Robocom Systems International, based in Farmingdale, New York. Tequity acted as the exclusive adviser to Munics. Terms were not disclosed.
