What an incredible journey it has been at Tequity! I’m deeply grateful to my partners, our team, and all the founders I’ve had the privilege of working with. Helping entrepreneurs navigate their options and achieve success through an M&A event has been both rewarding and inspiring - an experience that never gets old.

A career that spanned several decades at both large corporate and entrepreneurial information technology companies, helping to drive strategy and growth in Management, Finance, and Consulting roles. Diane worked with many software and IT company shareholders and executives on strategic M&A engagements. Diane studied at the University of Western Ontario and the Certified General Accountants Association, and is a designated Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
