Felix joins the Tequity team as an SVP with 20+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Tequity, Felix co-founded and built a boutique consulting firm in Florida to serve an UHNW Family Office, advising majority investments in Software, Healthcare, and Blockchain verticals. Felix has led value creation efforts alongside Family Office investment committee members, Boards, Owners, and C-suite portfolio company leaders, bringing a wide breadth of practical experiences when evaluating M&A scenarios. Felix has a BCom honours degree in MIS and Finance from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Fun fact: Felix is a retired semi-pro soccer player. Outside of work, Felix enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and playing tennis.
